Been tracking crash game multipliers during the Valorant Champions tournament coverage and noticed a massive pattern emerging. During overtime rounds (especially those 15-13 nail-biters), crash games are consistently hitting multipliers between 89x and 234x. But during pistol rounds and anti-ecos, they're capping out at 3.1x maximum.
Tracked this across 47 rounds yesterday during the FNATIC vs LOUD match. Every single overtime round saw multipliers above 67x, with three hitting over 200x. Meanwhile, pistol rounds averaged 1.8x with the highest being 3.1x during the second map pistol.
The Numbers Don't Lie
Overtime rounds (15+ score): 89x, 156x, 234x, 127x, 178x
Pistol rounds: 1.4x, 2.1x, 3.1x, 1.8x, 2.3x
Anyone else spotting this correlation? The timing feels too consistent to be coincidence. Wondering if the crash algorithms are somehow synced to match tension or viewership spikes during these high-stakes moments.
