Requested a £340 withdrawal from seven.casino on Tuesday at 2:15pm after a decent run on their Pragmatic slots. Their site clearly states 24-hour processing for bank transfers, but it's now Thursday afternoon and still showing 'pending review' in my account.

This was my third withdrawal attempt there — the first two (£180 and £95) came through in about 18 hours each back in November. Account is fully verified, used the same Monzo details as before, no bonus funds involved.

Starting to wonder if they've changed their processing times or if there's something else going on. The live chat keeps saying 'within 24-48 hours' which isn't what their terms page says.

Has anyone else noticed slower payouts from seven.casino recently? Trying to work out if this is a new pattern or just bad luck on my end.

43 hours is taking the piss tbh 😤 Had similar issues with them last month — took 52 hours for a £220 cashout. Their support kept fobbing me off with 'technical delays' excuses.

Switched to Winstler after that nightmare and getting paid in 12-16 hours consistently now. Much better experience overall 👌

Hang on, you're complaining about 43 hours when their terms actually say 24-48 hours? The live chat is giving you the correct timeframe — sounds like you misread their withdrawal policy.

Most non-GamStop sites have longer processing times than mainstream operators. Seven.casino is pretty standard for the sector. If you want instant payouts, stick to UKGC sites with Open Banking.

Also worth checking if you've hit any monthly limits or if there's additional verification needed. Third withdrawal often triggers extra checks even on verified accounts.

Had a proper saga with seven.casino withdrawals back in October that might help explain what's happening. Won £890 on their Bonanza slot during a late-night session and requested withdrawal at 1:30am on a Friday.

First 48 hours: nothing. Weekend: still pending. Monday morning I'm on live chat and they're asking for additional bank statements despite being verified for months. Turns out they'd updated their AML procedures and any withdrawal over £500 now triggers enhanced checks.

The agent eventually admitted they only process larger withdrawals on weekdays between 9am-5pm GMT, which isn't mentioned anywhere on their site. Took until Wednesday afternoon to get paid — total of 5 days.

Since then I've kept withdrawals under £400 and they've been much quicker, usually 18-24 hours. Seems like they've got different processing tiers based on amount but don't advertise it properly. Your £340 should be fine but timing matters — avoid Friday afternoon requests.

For what it's worth, I've had better luck with Kingdom Casino lately. Their £200-500 range consistently pays in 14-20 hours, even over weekends.

This timing pattern isn't random — seven.casino batches their withdrawal processing twice daily at 10am and 4pm GMT on weekdays only. If you submitted Tuesday at 2:15pm, you missed the 4pm batch and went into Wednesday 10am queue.

They've definitely slowed down since September. Used to be genuinely 24 hours but now it's more like 36-48 hours standard. The £340 amount shouldn't trigger additional checks — that usually kicks in at £500+.

Check your email for any verification requests. Sometimes they send additional document requests that pause the whole process until you respond.

Mate, 43 hours is nothing. Try waiting 6 days for a £1,200 withdrawal like I did last month 🤬

Seven.casino has gone downhill since their payment provider changed. Now I split bigger wins across multiple sites to avoid the hassle.

Looking at the data, seven.casino's average withdrawal time has increased 34% since Q3 2024. Their published 24-hour timeframe is misleading — actual median is now 31 hours for amounts under £500, 47 hours for £500-1000 range.

They process Monday-Friday only, which adds weekend delays. Compare this to palm.casino who maintain 18-22 hour averages including weekends, or Slottio at 14-19 hours consistently.

Your 43-hour experience is slightly above their current median but within normal variance. The real issue is their marketing still claims 24 hours when operational reality is different.

Hold on — @matchpoint mike's 31-hour median doesn't match what I'm seeing at all. I've tracked 8 withdrawals at seven.casino since October and hit 19, 26, 22, and 31 hours respectively for amounts under £400. The £500+ range? Yeah, that's where they properly drag their feet, but his 47-hour median seems inflated.

The real issue isn't the weekend gap — it's their new "enhanced security review" that kicks in randomly on withdrawals over £300. Three of my mates got hit with this 72-hour "additional verification" nonsense despite being fully KYC'd for months. They're basically buying themselves extra processing time and calling it security.
