Been tracking live betting odds across different sites during the ATP Finals this week, and Mystake's tennis markets are updating roughly 12% faster than the competition. Noticed this particularly during yesterday's Djokovic vs Medvedev match - their odds were shifting within 3-4 seconds of significant points, while other sites took 8-10 seconds.

During the second set tiebreak, Mystake had Djokovic's next game odds at +165 immediately after his double fault at 4-5, whilst Bet365 and others were still showing +145 for another 6-7 seconds. That's proper value if you're quick on the trigger.

Speed Comparison During Live Points

Tracked 47 significant points across three matches:

  • Mystake: Average 3.2 seconds to update odds
  • Bet365: Average 7.8 seconds
  • Paddy Power: Average 9.1 seconds
  • Sky Bet: Average 8.4 seconds

Anyone else noticed this pattern? The edge only lasts those few seconds but it's been consistent across all the Turin matches I've watched.

This explains why I've been getting better set betting value on Mystake lately. Been tracking their 2-1 correct score markets during the group stage - they're consistently 8-12% higher odds than comparable sites for the first 15 minutes of each match.

Ran the numbers on 23 matches this tournament and Mystake's set betting odds stay inflated longer. Their algorithm seems slower to adjust for early break advantages, which creates opportunities if you're watching the actual play patterns. Yesterday's Rublev vs Tsitsipas match - Mystake had 2-1 Rublev at +385 for a full 4 minutes after Tsitsipas dropped serve in the opening game, whilst other sites had already moved it to +340.

The ATP Finals format with round-robin groups creates more statistical noise in their models too. Worth monitoring for the knockout stage when the pressure dynamics shift completely.

Spotted this too during Alcaraz vs Zverev. Mystake slow to react when players start targeting the backhand consistently.

Zverev +195 next game after three consecutive backhand errors. Easy money if you're watching the patterns develop.

Mystake's odds compilers clearly don't watch enough tennis, do they? Any punter worth their salt knows that momentum shifts happen faster than their algorithms can track. Been exploiting this for months on the smaller ATP events.

Though I suspect their 'slow' updates might be intentional - keeps the mug punters happy whilst the sharp money finds better prices elsewhere. Rather convenient for them, wouldn't you say?

I've been watching this unfold during the ATP Finals and there's definitely something psychological happening with their live odds. During Sunday's Sinner vs Medvedev match, I noticed Mystake was incredibly slow to adjust when Sinner started showing visible frustration after his unforced errors.

Tennis is so much about momentum and mental state - when a player like Sinner starts shaking his head after missing routine forehands, the experienced eye knows the tide is turning. But Mystake's live odds didn't reflect this shift for nearly two full games. Medvedev went from +245 to win the set to +180 over those eight minutes, whilst other sites had already moved him to +165.

The really telling moment was when Sinner threw his racquet after that double fault at 3-4. Any tennis watcher could see his head had gone, but Mystake kept offering inflated odds on his next service game for another three minutes. It's like their algorithm doesn't factor in the visual cues that tell the real story of a match's momentum.

This is really helpful to know! I'm still learning about live betting strategies - should I be focusing on these quick odds movements or is it better to wait and see how the match develops?

Also, what other sites do you recommend checking for comparison? I've mainly been using Rolletto for their tennis coverage but wondering if I should spread my accounts around more.

Tried to capitalise on this yesterday and naturally got it completely wrong. Saw Mystake offering Ruud at +275 to win the third set when he was already down a break, thought it was value based on this thread.

Of course, Ruud proceeded to lose his serve again immediately and I watched my £50 disappear faster than his backhand winner percentage. Should've known better really - sometimes the slow odds are slow for a reason!
